This Visa is usually granted to a working category who is sponsored by an employer on an event of transfer or shortage of an occupation type in a specific field

Requirements:

    • Good knowledge of English
    • Passport, multiple passports in case of a frequent traveler
    • Proof of Funds in order to support the travel cost and stay
    • Tuberculosis test if your country is among the listed testing criteria
    • Clearance on criminal history, if you have any, then documents regarding the details, in addition to doctoral statements etc.
    • Sponsor details if getting funds for travel and living in the UK.

This type was awarded previously for ‘low skilled workers’, since not comprehended by the government, this visa is not in existence.

This visa can be awarded to students outside EEA, who wish to pursue their higher studies in the UK. They need to secure a registered place in an academic institution for this application.
